I have been practicing therapeutic massage since December of 2003 after graduating from Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage. Throughout the years since then I have developed my “signature massage.” It is a 65 minute full body treatment that is layered upon a foundation of Swedish massage and includes, neuromuscular trigger point work, deep tissue massage, and connective tissue strokes. This full body treatment is designed to provide relief from painful and aching muscles and joints as well as instill a deep sense of relaxation and well being. Through research and years of experience, I have found that regular full body massage is useful in preventing a host of problems that develop from poor circulation, high stress living, and repetitive use muscle and joint issues. Regular massage is preventative medicine that should be considered part of our routine maintenance. Just as we regularly receive teeth cleanings and change the oil in our vehicles, so should we care for and maintain our bodies.
